Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support website management and project coordination activities. This part-time role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and experience working with website platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage website-related projects from initiation through completion.
  • Make website content updates and basic HTML modifications as needed.
  • Maintain and update websites using platforms such as Squarespace and Duda.
  • Communicate with clients and team members regarding project timelines, deliverables, and updates.
  • Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with web design and website management.
  • Familiarity with HTML and website editing.
  • Hands-on experience with Squarespace and Duda platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical aptitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
