Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support website management and project coordination activities. This part-time role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and experience working with website platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage website-related projects from initiation through completion.
- Make website content updates and basic HTML modifications as needed.
- Maintain and update websites using platforms such as Squarespace and Duda.
- Communicate with clients and team members regarding project timelines, deliverables, and updates.
- Track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Assist with administrative and operational tasks to support business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with web design and website management.
- Familiarity with HTML and website editing.
- Hands-on experience with Squarespace and Duda platforms.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
